Secluded meadow enclosed by pine trees that used to be Christmas trees on our Christmas tree farm.

Back Lawn: Seated Dinner or Full Reception
Our back lawn can have market lights installed to have dinner under the sunset skies or a tent with a dance floor for a full reception.
Bridal Suite
Our bridal suite is perfect for getting ready; a station for hair and makeup if you are DIY, lounge for hanging with your wedding party, and a full length mirror.
Rental grants you exclusive access to our beautiful historic home, extensive grounds, and parking.
Weddings
All wedding rentals include 10 hours the day of the wedding and one hour for rehearsal prior, tables and chairs (including set-up), rental coordination, layout assistance, and a venue host on site for your event.
2025 Rates
Friday/Sunday Rate: $3500
Saturday Rate: $4000
All wedding packages require at minimum a day of coordinator to make sure the wedding runs smoothly. Paisley and Pearl Events is not a required hire and there is no penalty for not using them, but we do love helping Rand-Bryan weddings!

Our sister company, Paisley and Pearl Events, offers wedding
planning services for Rand-Bryan clients. We offer month of coordination, partial planning and full planning packages. More information can be found at www.paisleyandpearlevents.com.
We also provide a choice of vendors to give couples flexibility to plan the event of their dreams. Although you are not required to choose from a specific list, we are happy to recommend outstanding, reliable vendors who know the venue well.
