The Rand-Bryan House, a historic 19th century home nestled in the outskirts of Raleigh, features beautifully restored interiors surrounded by landscaped gardens and a 135-acre farm. Whether you host an outdoor ceremony in our intimate garden or under the pergola in our spacious side yard, you and your guests will undoubtedly enjoy the picturesque views that surround you. If you prefer an indoor ceremony, our sunroom features elegant hardwoods and floor-to-ceiling windows with beautiful natural light. Plan an indoor reception utilizing our sunroom and adjoining areas or dance the night away under the stars with an outdoor reception on our lawn. Enjoy refreshments on our
wrap-around porch or relax in our rocking chairs. At the Rand-Bryan House, we are all about flexibility and we look forward to bringing your unique vision to life!
Do we only host weddings? Of course not! We love to host events of all sorts. Birthdays, anniversaries, showers (baby, bridal, etc.) corporate retreats, church events, and more. Just reach out and let’s see if it’s a good fit!

We can accommodate up to 110 guests inside and 250 guests outside for seated dinners. For guest counts between 110-135 we can get creative with an indoor/outdoor event. For your ceremony, you can say your “I do's” in our intimate garden, spacious side yard or tree enclosed meadow. Native trees and blooming bushes surround the house and provide a relaxing, picturesque setting for your cocktail hour. Your guests can enjoy the lush green grass as you dance the night away under the stars. Host your reception inside the house, or under a tent surrounded by evergreens. The Rand-Bryan House
also has a romantic wrap-around porch, perfect for cocktail hour, mingling with guests, or simply sitting in a rocking chair to enjoy a beautiful evening. If you prefer an indoor event, our beautiful historic house is perfect. It features hardwood floors, floor-to-ceiling windows, and an abundance of natural light. You can exchange your vows in our sunroom for a romantic and intimate ceremony, then we will convert the space to get the party started for your reception.
